Automotive Engineering Show (AES) is an exhibition of equipment and technology that goes into automotive plants. It has a deep penetration within the buyer industry it caters.

How does Automotive Engineering Show differ from other Engineering exhibitions?

Automotive Engineering Show is the only event that sharply focusses on all equipment, technology, processes and systems used in automobile and component manufacturing plants. Most other engineering exhibitions do not target any specific vertical in this manner; they either limit themselves to a singular technology such as ‘Machine Tools’ or ‘automation products’; or are too general and often lose focus.

How can I make my participation more productive / effective?

Several options exist for exhibitors to enhance their participation with product presentations, advertising in the show special of “Automotive Systems” – which will be distributed to all visitors to the show and then couriered to our select database of automotive buyers of technology. Onsite advertising options also exist.

Why don’t you target high level management instead of middle level management?

The AES allows direct demonstrations to middle-level hands-on users of your products, systems and equipment. This is that section of people who can understand benefits, select brands and demand systems changes. They are your real customers.This is quite different from making presentations at conferences to CEOs who at best have an indirect involvement in operating your machinery / tools.This exhibition attracts the precise profile of shopfloor executives from the automotive industry… in thousands. It then turns out to be an economical marketing/ promotional tool that enables you to achieve a very low cost per contact.It allows your top management to network effectively with highest dignitaries (CEOs, VPs from the region’s leading vehicle and tier-1 companies) at the Awards night.It enables a direct face-to-face interaction with prospective buyers and answertheir specific queries.

Why are number of exhibitors less than other shows?

The show is having deep penetration within the focused industry i.e. automotive factories. This show is focused on and around the concept and hence only the equipments, processes; systems and technologies for OEM and Tier companies’ plants are displayed. Due to this sharp focus, companies manufacturing finished products or general engineering goods are not included, making the scope focussed, hence we have about 150 participants at the most.

Are there any exhibitor seminars? OR are there any speaking opportunities?

Yes, there is a special enclosure created within the exhibition hall, where exhibitors are invited to make half hour presentations to a specifically invited audience. We would provide seating arrangements for 40 people, provide full AV facilities, including a screen and provisions for serving tea/coffee. These seminars give the exhibitor to go beyond their booths and make an elaborate presentation and answer specific queries. The full program of all seminars will be pre-publicized via our extensive media campaign.

Why have you priced the participation so high / is there any discount?

The benefits of participating at the Automotive Engineering Show far outweigh the hindrance of high rates. Good products don’t sell cheap. Discerning participants will see the value of meeting with the right profile of buyers; in fact they are able to arrive at a low cost per relevant contact. The cost of participation at the Automotive Engineering Show has been derived based on the results we expect to deliver.
